Once you've logged in, go to the left-hand side of the screen to the navigation menu and select "Procedural Fluency."

Select the desired skill.

Locate the preset you want to assign.

Click on the row of that preset to open a side panel with both information about the preset and actions to perform regarding the preset.

To give your students a print assignment, click the "Print" button near the top of this side panel. Next Gen Math will create a PDF of the print assignment that you can modify.

For the print version, you can add questions by simply clicking "Add Questions" or remove them by clicking the "Remove Questions" button at the top of the page. Additionally, you can update the page layout, font size, and the amount of workspace students have between problems.

Print this version when you're ready.

If you want multiple versions of the same assignment, click the "Refresh Questions" button at the top left corner of the page, print this version, and click "Refresh Questions" again for yet another version of the assignment.

To push out the online version of the assignment, click the "Assign" button in the pop-out window at the top right corner.

From here, update and customize your assignment settings. Don't forget you can turn on a time limit for your procedural fluency assignment. The number you enter into the box is the total number of minutes for the entire assignment, not per problem.

When you're ready, go to the bottom right corner of the screen, select "Add All," and then click "Create Assignment."
