This tutorial will give administrators an overview of the reports page within the NextGenMath platform.
Locating Administrator Reports
To locate the report options, select reports from the navigation menu. Three administrator report options will be displayed:
- Teacher Standards Report
- Access Analytics
- Engagement Analytics.
Reports Page
Teacher Standards Report
To customize a standards-based performance report with the teachers at your school, select Teacher Standards Report. To generate a report follow these steps:
- Select the date range for the report data, then select next.
- Select the assignments to be included in the report, then select review.
- Review the details to be included in the report, then select Generate Export.
- The report will be sent to the email on file with NextGenMath.

Standards-Based Performance Report
Access Analytics
The Access Analytics page displays login and key usage metrics for teachers, students, and administrators, including the top ten logins for each user group. Metrics can be filtered by date range and user group.
The access analytics data can be exported as a PDF or CSV file. To return to the main reports page, select the back button in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

Engagement Analytics
The Engagement Analytics page displays engagement metrics for teachers and students, including total login count, time on the site, and average assignment completion data. Metrics can be filtered by date range and user group.
The engagement analytics data can be exported as a CSV file. To return to the main reports page, select the back button in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
