Accessing District Administrator PDF Reports

This tutorial will show district administrators how to create school-based reports.

Written Instructions:

1. From the home screen, navigate to the Reports section using the left-hand navigation bar. 

2. To customize a standards-based report, click “School Standards Report.”

3. Next, select your desired date range for the report and click "Next."

4. On this screen, select which assignments you’d like in your report and click "Review."

5. Once you have reviewed your selections, click “Generate Report.”

6. Doing this will generate an email containing a link to a folder with Zip files of your reports.

7. The PDF report is sorted by standards, which are color-coded to reflect major and supporting standards. Scores are also color-coded to show proficiency levels for each standard.
