Step 1: Navigate to Assignment Data and select an assignment by clicking on the row 
Step 2: Select the Results button for the assignment 
Step 3: Select the Blended Learning button in the top right corner to generate your groups 
Step 4: On the bottom of the next page you will see a card representing each question stem and a list of the students who provided an incorrect answer to the question stem; there is also a list of students who provided correct answers 
Step 5: Use the question slider to increase or decrease the number of question stems that each student will receive
Step 6: Set a custom title for this assignment group using the title field near the top of the respective question stem card
Step 7: To assign the stems to the student in the blended learning group, click the green Assign button
