Creating intervention groups

Watch the video below to see how easy it is to create intervention groups that include any students from any grade within the school. Intervention groups can be created by selecting students, sections, or grades.


Step 1: Once you are logged in to nextgenmath.com, select the Dashboard menu to the right of the navigation bar

 

Step 2: Select the Interventions option from the now expanded dashboard menu

Step 3: Once the Interventions page has loaded, select the New intervention button located near the top left of the page

Step 4: From the New Intervention page you'll now be able to select whether you want to create the group by students, sections, or grades. Make your selection, and follow the instructions outlined in each step of the Intervention Group wizard.

4a) Select the students you want to be in the group by typing the first few letters of a student's name in the Students field

mceclip6.png4b) When a list of students pops up, select the appropriate name

mceclip5.png4c) Give your Intervention a name by typing in the Name Field

mceclip7.pngStep 5: Finally, click the Save button at the bottom of the form to save the new Intervention group
