Assignment authors can force-submit assignments for students. When viewing an assignment, the user can select the incomplete student list. From there, simply select which student(s) you want to submit the assignment for, and then click the Submit Assignment(s) button.
NOTE
This is only available for stem/standard assignments. Procedural Fluency assignments are not supported at this time.
