Creating, editing, and sharing an intervention group

This article will show you how to create, edit, and share an intervention group.


Creating an intervention group

Step 1: Choose a grade level from the dropdown menu

Step 2: Go to the Dashboard in the top, right-hand corner of the screen and select Intervention

Step 3: Click New Intervention in the top, right-hand corner of the screen

Step 4: Click in the Name field and type the name of your intervention group

Step 5: Click in the Student field and start typing the first few letters of the student’s  name or the first few digits of their SID number

Step 6: Click the name once it populates (Continue this until all students are entered)

Step 7: Click Create intervention

Editing an intervention group

Step 1: Edit the intervention group by going to Dashboard, then select Interventions

Step 2: Click on the row of the intervention group you want to edit

Step 3: Click Edit

Step 4: Add students by clicking in the field and typing their name

Step 5: Delete students by clicking on the white “x

Step 6: Edit the name of the intervention group by clicking in the Name field and making the desired edits

Step 7: Click Save Changes

Sharing an intervention group

Step 1: To share an intervention group, go to Dashboard and select Interventions

Step 2: Locate the name of your intervention group, then click on the row

Step 3: Click into the Share with field and begin typing the name of the colleague you want to share the intervention group with

Step 4: Click the name once it populates

Step 5: Once it has populated in the blue bubble with the white "x", that intervention  group has been shared with the desired teacher (No further steps need to be taken to share the intervention group)
