Assignment Options

Assignment options that can be toggled are seen circled in the screenshot below.

NOTE

Assignment options will need to be set with each new assignment you create. These options apply only to the current assignment you are creating.

The table below describes the various options you can set when creating a new assignment and how they impact that assignment.

Sharing Assignments

This video highlights the sharing feature for Assignment Data and Assignment Bank.

Blended Learning Groups

  1. Navigate to assignment data and select an assignment by clicking on the row.

  2. Select the results button for the assignment.

  3. Select the Blended Learning Button in the top right corner to generate your groups.

  4. On the bottom of the next page you will see a card representing each question stem and a list of the students who provided an incorrect answer to the question stem. There is also a list of students who provided correct answers.

  5. Use the question slider to increase or decrease the number of question stems that each student will receive.

  6. Set a custom title for this assignment group using the title field near the top of the respective question stem card.

  7. To assign the stems to the student in the blended learning group, click the green Assign button.

Export Results Data

  1. Navigate to assignment data and select an assignment by clicking on the row.

  2. Select the results button for the assignment.

  3. Select one of the export options near the top of the page.

Export Student Scores to CSV

Selecting Export Scores will download a CSV file containing each students' score, completion status, and other data.

Export Graph Data to XLSX

Selecting Export Graph Data will download a XLSX (Excel spreadsheet) file containing multiple "sheets" for each level of data shown in the assignment results graphs (i.e. Standards and Stems). Example graphs shown below.

NOTE

Because an assignment can have multiple questions from a single standard or stem we see that some students appear in both the correct and incorrect columns respectively.

Stems sheet
The Stems sheet shows each stem from the assignment and a list of students who answered questions from that stem correctly or incorrectly.

Standards sheet
The Standards sheet shows each standard from the assignment and a list of students who answered questions from that standard correctly or incorrectly.
