Enable cookies in Google Chrome:
- Select the Chrome menu icon
- Select Settings
- In the "Privacy and security" section, select "Cookies and other site data"
- Make sure "Block third-party cookies and site data" is not checked
- If your site blocks cookies, add [*.]nextgenmath.com to "Sites that can always use cookies"
- Scroll to the bottom and ensure that nextgenmath.com is not listed under "Sites that can never use cookies"

- Go to the Safari dropdown menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Privacy in the top panel.
- Under "Block cookies" select the option "Never." Alternatively, uncheck "Block all cookies."
