Preventing Shared Users from Restarting/Reopening Assignments

 

Written Instructions:

1. Once you have created your assignment, select "Assign" in the upper right-hand corner of the standards builder. 

2. In your Assignment Settings page, look under Additional Options.

3. Find the toggle which says, "Prevent shared users from reopening/restarting." The default setting is in the off position.

4. To change this, turn the toggle to the on position.

5. To change this setting after an assignment has been published, start in your assignment data page. Find the assignment you'd like to edit and click anywhere on that row.

6. Find and click "edit" on the bottom of the pop-out window.

7. This will take you back to your Assignment Settings page where you can make any necessary changes and then select "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
