Written Instructions
Access Analytics provide data about login frequency and usage breakdowns by role.
1. Once you are logged in, click "reports" in the lefthand navigation bar, and then click "Access Analytics."
2. At the top of the page, you can select your desired date range and which users you’d like to view. School site admin can view teachers and students, and district administrators can also view School Administrators.
3. The Key metrics section shows the overall usage percentages, numbers of unique users, and total number of logins for the date range you selected above.
4. You can also see the 10 ten schools by login. If you click on the name of the school, you will see more information about access. From there, you can also click the “engagement” tag for time on the platform data.
