Organizing with folders

This tutorial will show you how to use their folders in both Assignment Data and My Collection.

Moving assignment data to a folder

  1. Once you have logged in, go to 'Assignment Data' in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

  2. You'll notice that you have default folders at the top of the page.

  3. In order to move assignment data into a folder, simply click the three dots on the far right-hand side of the row, then select 'Move to.'

  4. You will get a drop-down menu where you can decide which folder you would like to move your assignment data to. Once selected, click 'Save.'

  5. Now your assignment data has been moved to the specific folder.

Moving assignment data back to Assignment Data list

  1. To move assignment data back out of a folder, click the three dots, then select 'Move to,' and choose a location. then select 'Save.'
    Note: Keep in mind that you can always move assignment data from a folder back to the assignment data list.

  2. Head back to Assignment Data, and you will notice that the assignment is now once again out of the folder listed at the top of the assignment data page.

Adding a new folder

  1. To create a new folder, click 'New Folder' in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Type the name of the folder you would like to create, then select 'Save.'

  3. Your new folder will now appear at the top of the page with the rest of your folders.

  4. To move assignments into folders, head to 'My Collection' in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the page.

  5. Locate the assignment you would like to move to a folder, click the three dots, select 'Move to,' and then use the drop-down menu to select a folder to move it to, then select 'Save.'

  6. Adding a new folder in 'My Collection' is the same as adding a new folder in 'Assignment Data.' Go to the 'New Folder' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen, give your new folder a name, then select 'Save.'
