This tutorial will give you an overview of the My Collection page.
Written tutorial
Once you've logged in, go to the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen and select My Collection.
Assignment cards
From here, you can see your assignment cards listed from newest to oldest (left to right, top to bottom).
On each assignment card, you can see a color-coded icon representing the assignment type.
The legend for the different icons is in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Sort assignments
If you would like to sort your assignments differently, you can do so by clicking the drop-down menu just above the assignments. You can choose to sort by newest, oldest, or alphabetically.
Filter assignments
You can also filter your different assignments by going to the top left corner of the screen and selecting the filters drop-down menu.
Select how you would like to filter and then click "Apply Filters."
Next to the sorting dropdown, you can also filter your assignments by label.
Info panel
By clicking on the assignment card, a popup window will appear, giving you information about your assignment as well as a few different actions that you can take.
You can preview the online version of the assignment, print a paper version, or assign this assignment to your students. Just below that, you can see the title, as well as some details, including the grade levels, stem count, and label. You can see if you have shared, or who has shared, the assignment with you. The location, meaning the folder this assignment belongs to, and the different stems included in this assignment are also visible. At the very bottom, you can select the copy button to make a copy of the assignment or click the remove button to delete it. Selecting the X in the top right-hand corner of the pop-out will close the window.
Folders
At the very top of the page, you will see folders that you can use to organize your assignments.
To add a new folder, simply click "New Folder," give it a title, and then select "Save."
By opening a folder, you can see different assignments that you have placed inside.
To move an assignment into a folder, click the three black dots, select "Move to," and use the dropdown menu to select the folder. Then, select "Save."
To share a folder from My Collection, you need to locate the folder that you would like to share, select the three menu dots, and then select "Share."
From here, you can click into one of the fields to share the folder with a team of colleagues or with individual colleagues.
Start typing the name of a team or a teacher that you would like to share this folder with, then click on that name in the list, then select "Done".
Now you will be able to identify a folder that you have shared with others by a green icon.
Search
To search for a specific assignment title, go to the top right-hand corner of the page, click into the search field, and type the title of the assignment. The My Collections page will now show you any assignments with that title.
