My Collection overview

This tutorial will give users an overview of the My Collection page.

  1. Once you have logged in, go to the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen and select 'My Collection.'

  2. From here, you can filter your assignments for shared, favorited, archived, and deleted assignments.

  3. You can also click on the box next to the title of the assignment and either delete or archive the selected assignment(s).

  4. You can filter your assignments by specific labels that you have used, and when you click on the row of the assignment title, you have several options.

  5. You can edit that assignment, make a copy of the assignment (which will send you back to the Builder), archive this assignment, delete this assignment, as well as preview, print, and assign.

  6. You can also still use the 'Share with' feature to share this assignment with a colleague or administrator.

  7. When previewing the assignment, you will see a preview of the online assignment.

    • Selecting 'Next' will move you on to the next question, and in the bottom-left corner of the screen, you will see the number of questions you have assigned.

    • Then, you can select 'Exit' to go back to your collection.

  8. When selecting 'Print,' this will give you a preview of what the print version of the assignment will look like.

  9. You can still refresh the questions, print, hide the QR codes, and a new feature is the page layout.

    • When you select the 'Page Layout' drop-down menu, you can select 'Two questions', allowing you to fit more questions on the page.

  10. Another new feature is the font size; you can set it to small, medium, or large to customize the assignment to meet the needs of your students.

  11. When you're ready to assign the assignment to your students, if I haven't already, you can go ahead and select 'Assign.'
