This is a one-time set-up process. Once this process is complete, any assignments you choose to link to Canvas will appear in Canvas and Next Gen Math along with student scores.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Once you have created an assignment and chosen all of your assignment options, scroll to the bottom where you’ll see integration toggles. Turn Canvas to the "on" position.
If you receive the notice below, it means that your district still needs to connect to Canvas. Please direct your IT person to this article and have them follow the necessary steps.
2. Once your district has connect to Canvas, you will then need to complete a one-time set up for your own platform. Follow these steps to do so:
Once this is done, you will see your Canvas class or classes in the Next Gen platform.
Assignments created in Canvas can be linked from the NGM assignment page, or you can use "create assignment" to push a new assignment to Canvas automatically.
You will see assignment results in your Canvas gradebook, which can be found under Courses.
