Quick Tip: Download Your Data Before June 30!
Important: Assignment data will be archived over the summer
At the end of each school year, before the start of the following school year, that school year's Assignment Data will be automatically archived to make room for the new school year. We do this so you can start the new school year without the clutter of the previous year's Assignment Data.
This means that you will not be able to access assignment results after this date.
However, all other user-created content will remain for the next school year, such as:
My Collections folders and assignments
Folders in your Assignment Data page
PLC Teams
Labels
Saved Presets in Procedural Fluency and Subitizing
What if we use Next Gen over the summer?
If your school-site uses the platform for summer school, those assignment results will remain in the platform, as long as they are assigned after the rollover date.
What if I want to keep my students' Assignment Data after the school year?
If there is Assignment Data that you wish to keep and/or upload to a third-party grade book, we recommend saving or exporting it before June 30.
How do I export the data that I'd like to keep?
See this tutorial video and article to learn how to export any assignment data you would like to be able to access after the end of the school year.
