Written Instructions:
Every assignment that you push out digitally gets stored on the Assignment Data page, and once students have completed an assignment, you will also find results here.
There are folders along the top of the page to help you organize the page. You can delete or edit these by clicking on the three dots on the folder.
You can also add your own folders.
To move an assignment into a folder, click on the three dots at the end of the assignment row, and then click “move to.” Select the folder you’d like, and then “save.”
To find an assignment, you can search by title or filter by assignment type, label, and/or status.
You can change the view of the page by using the icons on the right above your assignment list.
The default is a table view, and you can change it to a calendar view. Once you change the view, this will be your new default view until or unless you change it back.
Now let’s look at the assignment list. First you see the title and label, if you used one, for each assignment.
Next, you will see the type of assignment. A key for assignment types is above the list of assignments.
Moving to the right you will see the status of the assignment (Not started, open, or completed) as well as the submission status. Hover over the status bar for more information.
Next you’ll find the average score for any assignments that have at least one submission.
The Timeline lets you know the start date and due date if one is set.
The icons under details provide even more information:
