Once you've logged in, locate the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen and select Conceptual Understanding.

From here, select Subitizing and choose the desired grade level.

You should now see a list of presets, with the ability to view the default presets provided by Next Gen Math or your saved, customized presets.

From here, you can directly choose to edit ("Advanced"), preview, or assign the the selected preset.

Alternatively, you can click the row of a preset to view details about that assignment's configuration.

You can then choose to preview, assign, or edit the advanced options from this side panel.

You can update the grade, pattern format, number of frames and selected preset from the top row of options. You can change modes ("Interactive" or "Quick View"), open the Advanced drawer, assign the preset, and view instructions from the next row of options.

Additionally, you can customize more settings within the Advanced drawer.

Make your desired updates and click "Apply".

You can preview the assignment by clicking "Next" at the bottom of the page.

When you're ready, select "Assign" to go to the New Assignment page.

Make any updates, scroll down to the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, select "Add All", and then "Create assignment".
