Once you're signed into the platform, go to the top right-hand corner of the screen where you see your email address. Click on your email address to expand the account dropdown menu, then select "Contact Us".
From here, you can choose to:
- Request a new feature
- Request a new stem
- Report an error
- Send a message
Choose "Send a Message" to fill out a general contact form. You will be asked to enter your name, email address, and message, with optional fields to include a link or attachment.
Once you have completed those steps, select "Send Message".
