2. From here, select the parameters you’d like for your preset.
Selecting apply will save these settings only for the current assignment.
If you want to save the preset for later use, click “Save to My Collection.”
Give the preset a memorable name and click “save.”
Accessing a Custom Preset
Once you have created and saved a custom preset, you will be able to toggle between the default presets and your custom presets.
Building a Mixed Fluency / Mixed Skills Assignment
Drag and drop your desired presets into the builder. To add other types of skills into the same assignment, you can select them from the drop-down menu at the top. This allows you to have an assignment with mixed fluencies. For example, an assignment with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
You can also add questions from a different skill category. To do this, use the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
In this example assignment, there are questions using the four operations for both whole numbers and decimals.
Adding Questions from Standards Builder
Finally, you can add questions to your assignment from the standards builder as well. To do so, leave the questions you have in your builder and click “Standards Builder” in the navigation bar.
You will notice your builder is still populated.
- Continue adding your desired stems until you have a completed assignment. You will see the labels "Procedural Fluency" and "Standard" with each stem.
